Maine

November 4th, 2009

Maine has spoken, at least the majority of the people of Maine have spoken for the sacredness of true Marriage between a man and a woman.

This issue with the homosexual faction of society, a very small percentage of the people, is something which ought to be put back in the closet in order to protect the sanctity and also sanity of our youth, along with the adults who already know the insanity of abnormal behavior.  In other words young people have enough to think about without the added stress of a homosexual agenda telling them to accept it as a normal way of living, which of course it is not.

Brings up the idiot Obama put in as one of his czars telling the school children they need to learn about the homosexual lifestyle….how insane is that?  For the president (?) of the United States of America to have someone in his administration telling the children of America to learn about the sexual nature of deviancy…yes it is deviant…as in not normal….as in men having sex with men, or men having sex with boys is actually just plain insane.

Our country the United States of America is better than to put up with this utter insanity, which is why the people are voting down the insanity of gay marriage.

Yes freedom is our nature in America, though freedom does not mean everyone wants to know what you do in the privacy of your own home…or wherever….in other words some things are better off left in darkness….

God Bless America…and the World.

Milking it? The American Way?

September 26th, 2009

OK  just for the fun of it think of it like this, you are a Contractor, or a Lawyer, or a Business man in the United States of America.  Of course everyone pays for liability insurance and all the other fun stuff to go along with the dynamics of running your own show so to speak.

Many contractors will not do a job under say $25,000 because of cost, interestingly many law offices seem to have a billing system which attracts at least $25,000 from the billing hours,(in reality that number is most likely laughable for the better part of businesses) especially in the insurance cases where the insurance company picks up the tab.

Is this just a coincidence?  Or not…why does it take two years for a civil suit to go through the process?  Even if a contract states Arbitration is the only avenue for recourse, if needed.  Well of course many Lawyers do not like arbitration as they feel it is arbitrary, well golly folks is not a jury an arbitrary system also, only thing different is you have six or twelve people deciding the outcome instead of one arbitrator, without all the hoopla in between, actually it is BS in between.  In a sense a civil matter ought not ever go before a courtroom in the first place, which is why we have so many frivolous items in the system, and most of the idiots filing these things ought to be sanctioned out of the practice as it amounts to at times almost extortion on two parts, the party making a claim and the Lawyer filing the same…why can not people learn to talk to each other civilly without the use of a Lawyer…do not get me wrong…we need Lawyers and at times Insurance, though we do not need the idiocy of crap going through the system in three and four different places…which only happens due to the fact of people milking the system for all it is worth, and at times all they are worth.

Make of it what you will, but this is part of the problem of economics our country is facing today, along with of course the corruption and unethical behaviour of some in the system.   If the shoe fits wear it…

In other words some people will not work for less than what it may cost to go through all the BS of the system if something goes astray, no matter who may be at fault and perhaps there is no fault other than greed on someones part, which seems to be the motivating factor in most scenarios of business…it is no wonder that so many people work at a job they hate for so many years….and drink or whatever to cope with the stupidity….might as well go to Washington D.C. and watch the idiots there…

Wake up America, for all of what it stands for.  Freedom is not always free, yet we do not need to be stupid about it, get a grip, if you need it.

Hope you all have good day everyday, and thanks for the comments, even the ones in spam, though they usually are just deleted because they make no sense….though of course I may also be known at times to make no sense….thank God for Freedom, God Bless America. Period.

Stimulus Bill?

February 8th, 2009

Just what kind of stimulus are we or they thinking of.  How does throwing money at the situation actually help, especially when thinking of jobs?

It really is idiocy when creating jobs is the impetus to anything, well at least in my own personal opinion, as just what value is created when a start up is begun for the color of one side of town or the other?

If a non-profit is begun in order to create jobs, just what kind of value do we have, especially in the way of environmental issues which we actually do not have all or only a small part of the data on, and the start up is funded by government subsidies from the parties who lobby for whomever, though actually they work for the start up, so who is fooling whom?

It is like a party where only the cool people are invited and the others are totally left out in the cold, though they may be the only ones with the sense to know what is going on.  Make sense, hello, is anybody home?

What it amounts to and what has and or is happening is the fact that too many people want to be a celebrity or some famous idiot for how ever long and will do anything to get their fifteen minutes of fame, and screw the consequences (excuse my French please).

What is the value of the dollar, especially if we just print $800 billion or so and give it to the economy as a boost.  We are already in a hole and throwing money at this problem in this way is not the way to solve the problem.  Cut the spending in government, all the pork or what ever you wish to call it, everyone in Washington needs to go to an economics class or at least learn how to add and subtract, other than the few who have the you know what to fight this insanity, Republican or Democrat or whatever you call yourself, it does not matter, just keep fighting.

Yes the people voted for Obama, though they did not vote for socialism or communism, one and the same to my way of thinking, they voted for him as he gave them hope.  Well the hope is fading really quickly as people are beginning to realize just what kind of idiocy he is at times advocating, personally he is most likely wondering what he has stepped into or perhaps does not like what he has bought, at least if he has any sense what so ever.  Yea, we all have our opinions, and mine is positive that we need change, though not the change some perceive.

No on the stimulus bill, to all that have a vote on it, use your heads for something besides a hat rack.

God Bless America and Freedom.
