OK just for the fun of it think of it like this, you are a Contractor, or a Lawyer, or a Business man in the United States of America. Of course everyone pays for liability insurance and all the other fun stuff to go along with the dynamics of running your own show so to speak.
Many contractors will not do a job under say $25,000 because of cost, interestingly many law offices seem to have a billing system which attracts at least $25,000 from the billing hours,(in reality that number is most likely laughable for the better part of businesses) especially in the insurance cases where the insurance company picks up the tab.
Is this just a coincidence? Or not…why does it take two years for a civil suit to go through the process? Even if a contract states Arbitration is the only avenue for recourse, if needed. Well of course many Lawyers do not like arbitration as they feel it is arbitrary, well golly folks is not a jury an arbitrary system also, only thing different is you have six or twelve people deciding the outcome instead of one arbitrator, without all the hoopla in between, actually it is BS in between. In a sense a civil matter ought not ever go before a courtroom in the first place, which is why we have so many frivolous items in the system, and most of the idiots filing these things ought to be sanctioned out of the practice as it amounts to at times almost extortion on two parts, the party making a claim and the Lawyer filing the same…why can not people learn to talk to each other civilly without the use of a Lawyer…do not get me wrong…we need Lawyers and at times Insurance, though we do not need the idiocy of crap going through the system in three and four different places…which only happens due to the fact of people milking the system for all it is worth, and at times all they are worth.
Make of it what you will, but this is part of the problem of economics our country is facing today, along with of course the corruption and unethical behaviour of some in the system. If the shoe fits wear it…
In other words some people will not work for less than what it may cost to go through all the BS of the system if something goes astray, no matter who may be at fault and perhaps there is no fault other than greed on someones part, which seems to be the motivating factor in most scenarios of business…it is no wonder that so many people work at a job they hate for so many years….and drink or whatever to cope with the stupidity….might as well go to Washington D.C. and watch the idiots there…
Wake up America, for all of what it stands for. Freedom is not always free, yet we do not need to be stupid about it, get a grip, if you need it.

Civility

Been a lot of talk lately about Civility, more apt the lack of it, and seems no one is aware of what actually causes, or has caused it.
OK we all have our own opinions, though mine is this, like it or not, though that is not meant to put you off, perhaps though it can be seen from another perspective…
I see many professors, as the City nearest me has a University along with the VA and Medical Hospital which teaches Physicians, and wonder why so many of them look totally exhausted much of the time…my conclusion to this is some of them most likely do not actually care for the policy they have to follow, which is true for all those outside of the University system also. In other words if you do not truly accept someone elses’ policy then following it is and does lead to exhaustion because it goes against the spiritual belief system we all inherently have.
Political correctness is the main culprit. Why be nice to someone you really truly do not like, much less respect, and speaking of respect it is earned, not an entitlement of education or any other label…
Freedom is the ability to disagree with others, and being free to do so will alleviate some of your tension, which is the cause of your exhaustion and irritability, and why you are stressed out 95% of the time…
Try it, see if it makes sense, if you admit to the truth it will actually show itself very clearly…(like thinking gays are born that way….try that for starters and see where you end up on the truth road…and may find yourself a little more relaxed in your assessment of what is true, or not in you own mind, set your spirit free…)
We do not need to like everyone, we just need to learn to love life and realize we can not make anyone do anything, period.
Independence and individuality are good things, and trying to say Diversity is always needed is like saying the sky is Blue…common sense is not stupid…Seems Diversity is being used to keep groups together and if you do not agree with the group then you are obviously not Diverse enough for the idiots in the group who all seem to have the same Delusions and Illusions day after day, with no end in sight and they wonder why they are always pissed off….

So Obama and his administration is calling anyone who does not agree with them “right-wing domestic terrorists”. This is absurd, along with being insane for a president (?) to actually allow something like that to be published, with him as the agreeing partner to such blatant crap. (it was taken down from the Obama.com site…from what was read on WND)
Obama and his crew all need a wake-up call, wake them up and kick them out, period. Oh if that fits his definition of right-wing, well if the shoe fits…
Listen folks, people, whomever may happen across these words, they do not come from an extreme radical or terrorist. Personally, they come from a 57 year old man who did not grow up until he was 34…drank, chased women and let them chase back, smoked almost four packs a day when finally quit- oh without any help from the so called pharmaceutical companies or corporations…or even the government…just so you know it is possible without any other form than will power- after which started reading and trying to understand the so called intelligent society of American politics and politicians…
Long story short there are some smarter people in the bars of America than in Washington DC, of whom many are no more sober than those in the bars….problem now is dealing with the ignorance from a sober standpoint and it is not at all easy…though there is no plan now or ever to go back to that way of life, yet that does not mean to step on the toes of anyone whom may prefer to ignore the ignorance of others along with themselves…as they already know why they do what they do….but that does not make them right-wing terrorists or any other sort of radical.
Democrats love to cry over years of pain, especially their own, at times their own family is the cause, yet they do nothing about it, except that they want everyone else to help them with the pain and so called suffering. Listen, no one can help anyone with their own pain or suffering, other than the face in the mirror and having the nerve to ask “who am I?”
Oh and if people who do not agree with gay marriage are terrorists we have a problem…reality and the majority of people do not agree with gay marriage Mr. Obama and your cronies… abortion…totally a personal matter for a woman and God…the rest of the liberal bull**** (excuse me, especially you young people, although your language may be worse….try to keep it polite…and besides it will make more sense…) anyway perhaps with enough feed back people can get someone to listen in the Whitehouse….hopefully someone is home….(oh and polls to not reach many of the population…if they did the percentage of those who disagree with gay marriage would be higher in the polls…)
This business is really becoming a worry because the country is at a point where a stand needs to be taken…I believe it is beginning to take place…and Washington and the cronies will need to listen…thanks to all the people in the Greatest Nation in the World (why else do people want to live here?…because of freedom…) the United States of America.
Our constitution was not written for the fun of it, so we can not and must not allow this insanity to go on without a sensible assault on the ignorance of a few who think communism and socialism is great for anyone (except perhaps for the few in power…corrupt power just breeds more…)
Please, thank you for letting me vent…and for those of you who do not agree with my words…that is your freedom to do so, so you may want to reassess what is happening here in America, at times at the very freedoms you have to walk down the street without someone in the military following you with a weapon…or otherwise…
It helps to grow up, like it or not….one more thing…you can not just tell someone to leave you alone…at times force is needed as well as necessary and a need to know philosophy is a good thing, period. It also is prudent to pay attention to what is going on around you, at all times, though that does not mean you absolutely need any sort of weapon, other than your brain….or hope someone around you is paying attention to your best interests, meaning it may be your life which needs protecting….

Are We in America?

Are many people besides myself worried a bit about the current state of affairs in Washington D. C., supposedly where the government of the United States of America resides.
Obama and his cronies, or whatever you may wish to call them, are in for a surprise in my humble opinion as the American people, at least the majority of them are fed up with the BS, please excuse the term, it just seems to fit, and that is the nice way to put it.
Practically the whole of the administration is a bunch of crying babies who never got over hurts from childhood, or the loss of a boyfriend or girlfriend, at least it seems that way from the behavior of all of them, especially Pelosi and Barney, what a pair, maybe they ought to go buy their own little island and see what happens…
How did these people get where they are? Money and idiocy, the politics of crap and lies on top of crap and lies, how deep is it? All the while with a big fake smile on the face thinking they have everyone fooled…
News is they do not have everyone fooled, and more and more people are finding out just how insane some of this is with these people…
Personally I believe it will stop sooner rather than later as my belief in the true goodness of people will win out in the long run…
At least that is my two cents for now

What, oh the situation is resolved as to the Birth Certificate truth, according to who, Congress?
If by chance any of you idiots in Congress read this or WND, then perhaps you may want to reassess your thinking, in other words think with your brain, the one in your head on your shoulders, men and women both.
Why is it that so many seem to think the Constitution of the United States no longer matters? It is absolutely insane. Do you think the forefathers wrote it just for the fun of it. Are laws passed just for the fun of it? Get it…
Personally I do not care if you are liberal or conservative, what matters is how we as Americans stand up to Government trying to tell us how to live our own private and personal lives, freedom and independence does not mean you ask someone in government for permission to plant or not plant a tree, just do it, plant the tree where it will do the most good, actually dogs need trees to scratch and pee on, although they usually will choose a big tree, not some tree that will die because they peed on it.
Common sense is inherent in human beings, though it seems the more education one gets the more common sense goes out the window. Why is that? Because the memory stays to full of crap that does not really matter in the long run.
Funny about liberal Democrats, how they profess to help the little guy, though when in office they do not help the little guy, they keep the little guy down so the little guy does not get a chance to take the money the guy in office is making on conflict of interest deals…they love black folks voting for them, because most black folks are to stupid to learn anything other than follow…(not my own personal opinion)…take for instance ones like Frank or Pelosi, or even Obama who is a Mulatto….not black….who all just adore the stupid poor people…white or black to tell you the truth….who just can not get enough of their lies and will follow them to the end of the earth just for the fake smiles….
Education is great, common sense needs to go along with it, something which needs always to be remembered.
This business of Obama and the eligibility issue could just go away if he would show the people of the United States of America his long form Birth Certificate and prove his eligibility.
Personally I have my doubts, even if I liked him or thought he knew or knows what he is talking about…I still believe the Constitution is what we the people need to abide in and by.

Do we, as Americans stay positive with lies? Does the truth even matter anymore?
Truth is the only thing that matters, and it is not only true for the United States of America, though this is about Obama and his seeming adherence to some ambivalently insane idea that he is the only one who knows what is or is not good for anyone, meaning of course he is an idiot almost on the same lines as some of our past so called leaders from other parts of the world.
He tells the American people he is all for transparency though at the same time he hides all of the documents which could tell the people what they want to know, need to know, unless we are speaking of the brain dead liberals who have absolutely no idea of what truth means, much less care. Well it sure seems that way.
From a conservative side, of which many Americans abide in or by, whatever context one likes, truth matters because belief is inherent in our spiritual lives in the form of love. Love in the human and spiritual form, though not necessarily only a religious dogma, although perhaps at times structure from dogma may help some as a matter of discipline when will wains, yet everyone has their own views or view of what they believe. At least they know they do not want to be told by the government what to believe or not.
Personally I am sick and tired of the crap on the news given by idiots who think they know, as Obama knows that they are speaking the truth, even though it is coming out of the sides of their mouths, all the while with that fake smile on the face of their lies. Of course money is the motivating factor in all of this crap (please excuse me) as the networks have to pay for the expensive broadcasting equipment and such, which is not all of it obviously as most advertisements cover a vast array, though mainly pharmaceuticals with the quick overlay of side effects no one hopes you actually pay any attention to. God knows the human body does not need all those drugs to live healthy lives, yet Obama wants to also tell you more of how to take care of yourself. Conflicts of interest all the way around, someone is making a profit, but usually not the little businesses which actually have in the past kept this country alive.
Yes, it just goes on and on, who is willing to actually stand up and demand the truth from whomever it is in the office of the White House calling himself the president, whom the people elected without knowing any of the truth, which goes to show the stupidity of some of the thinking in our Great Country, yet I am beginning to wonder when someone with some sense will put a stop to the lies.

OK just what is it with everyone wanting to be a lawyer or a politician? Or is it just my opinion that so many seem to want to be in the spotlight no matter what the issue is. Meaning it does not matter whether the issue is positive or negative.
Me, positive is the only thing worth thinking about, at least if we think, though thoughts do not necessarily mean thinking or more to the point taking action.
Problem is, from this point of view anyway, when so many want to talk only in lawyer or politician terms, just what the hell is getting done? Absolutely nothing, because trying to outfox the other point of view before you actually know, meaning KNOW, means you spin your wheels meaninglessly. Chess is a great game, though in terms of talking in order to actually progress to a solution means forgetting about who wins, or loses. Forget about the money, as again in Chess there is no money, well at least in the friendly games, so anyway forget the money.
Communication does not need to be a war of wits, think more in terms of love, what does it take to be in love, or to make love? No, not just screwing around, real live love making, you all know it takes more than just words. Again forget the money, no sugar daddies or mommas, just pure love.
Many people today are at a total loss for the application of what I am getting at, which is a shame, because this Great Country is not made up, nor was it made up of ignorance and collusion for the sake of only financial gain, although free enterprise is one of the great ideas behind the founders, which is positive, when used correctly, though again let us forget about the money, as it has only limited the actual growth of the intelligence of our country. Meaning that when we only think of the money, we are missing the boat in the biggest sense, as the picture involves much water in which the boat operates.
What ignorance, some think, well true perhaps, though it is only through and of ignorance of which we grow, yet love is the only true factor in how and why we actually grow, which again brings us to the limitations where we are right now, and why.
In other words if we only talk to people in order to use what they say against them, then we are lost. I personally do not think we are totally lost yet, though if this nonsense keeps up we all need to be very worried, more than we already are.
Try thinking in terms of love for a change, instead of sex and money, perhaps you will sense a change. It may be also useful to give the mind a break from all the prescription medication and also the other additives used in the course of trying to maintain some sort of illusion of the delusion that you may be in…

Why Are So Many Senseless Shootings Taking Place?

Just a few thoughts on this insanity that we have been experiencing lately, though actually according to one article,started in 1966.
Some blame guns, while realistically it is the people, not the guns that are the source of the problem. Guns are meant to allow people to defend themselves, though back in the days before all the modern conveniences they were mainly used for hunting animals for food.
People are wondering what the solution is, how to stop this insanity and still remain a free democracy. Again it is people who are the solution, though it will take a huge shift in behavior to stop what has and is going on.
Just for starters begin with actually learning how to talk to other people without needing the presence of a lawyer. Freedom of speech is one of the most important issues of being free, although it seems stupid to even have to say it, though the dumbing down of our society started some twenty years are more ago, in order to give a chance to those who actually did not want to work as hard as some others for the same rights, or right, whichever works for you. In other words if one is unable to pass a test, make it more simple, then everyone can pass. Problem is people who work hard for the right to whatever it is they do, want others to work just as hard as they did. Easy, no, because some people actually are smarter than others and do not need to work as hard to pass the same test, even when it is a difficult test.
Tense nerves are many times the result of all this crap, excuse the French, though it really needs to be worse than the word used. People need to talk to each other, not at each other, or through each other, or from the couch of the shrink or Psychiatrist. It is obscene, where we actually are today in terms of behavior, especially when some pay others to listen to their problems, even if the problems are delusional, which come from the state of our society and the insane political correctness which is at the root of much of this problem.
Solutions are not easy, which is why the problems perpetuate in the first place, as most everyone wants to take the easy way out, not the right way or wrong way, just the easy way. What is right or wrong is not the reason for the situation. When we have people saying everything is OK with all the insanity going on, without actually meaning it, we have people lying to themselves and each other, no matter the lawyers who add to for the most part problem instead of the solution because they are more interested in the money or financial aspect of the problem and how much they can milk someone, be it the insurance company or the individual or company, does not really matter because lies do not add up to truth. In other words if the lawyers would be honest with themselves and clients we would have a start to one solution.
More solutions could come from the political spectrum, in the way of telling the truth and doing it. Some say this is naive, which perhaps is true in some respects, though it is the innocence of children which we can and do learn from, well some do. Simple is not always stupid, which is why it is said the meek shall inherit the earth in that book that some think is just more crap, well we can not say truthfully that we all know how are where all the stories came from, though it really again does not matter because it works, and that book, the Bible, is in my opinion taken from the facts which used to be transferred only to a special few by word of mouth only, as in to only those who could handle and respect the truth.
Secrets of the Martial Arts are in the same type of play in communication with others, some can not handle the truth, in other words power is not always used for truth. Another simple few words, though many do not pay attention.
Take for instance the insistence of a few on how one is born. When these few, or small percentage of the population are given the attention that is actually not deserved of the problem, the majority of the population does not take it well, which is why we are having many of the people going on insane rampages, as they are not smart enough to realize the lies are not realistically the truth, even though the media would have us perceive it as truth. Psychology is not the exact science scientists would have you believe, although the financial interests want you to believe everything they (science) tells you. Science is only as good and moral as the people behind the studies, and the motivation behind what is studied, again usually the financial interests of the pharmaceutical companies in truth, truth being money, which of course is a lie as money will never give anyone the truth, unless of course there is no corruption involved which again is part of the problem, corruption.
Power corrupts, or does it? Money and power corrupts, perhaps, though in actuality and reality it is the absence of power which corrupts, as in the absence of no moral judgement along with the inability to respect anyone other than oneself and ones’ greed.
What about love? Love corrupts, absolutely not, at least if truth has anything to do with it, which if love is present it can only be present in the presence of truth. Spiritual truth, or love is the solution to all of the problems, though there can be no lies in this equation, as in say the love between two males of the human species where there is a sexual congress between the two. It can not ever be spiritual or truthful, no matter how many lies are told to get to where ever society is, which is why the Roman Empire fell so many years ago, corruptness and lies, most in the absence of truth for many years before people, the majority of people said enough is enough.
Meaning of course that truth will lead to love and at times love will lead to truth, though usually the truth is first. Religion is a factor, though it is not always a prerequisite because like it or not it is where love actually started to mean something which people could and do hold onto. In other words the Theology behind or in front of Religion is from the Philosophy and thinking of the majority of what we call the human species, female and male.
What needs to happen then for an actual solution, is people learning to tell the truth, loving themselves and others, and realistically learning to use the common sense they were and are born with.
It helps also to stay totally unaltered, which gives one the ability to see, which at times will lead to knowing.
What is Insurance…

Why do we need insurance? Mainly because it is mandated, in other words some policy or government body tells us we need it.
Personally it is my policy to stay positive, though lately it is getting a bit old with all this ignorance going on…so here goes the vent…no offense to anyone…
So we pay for auto insurance, mortgage insurance, business liability insurance are the ones usually associated with someone telling you what you need to buy to be protected. Just what are we protecting ourselves from, government…bankers…investors…litigators…?
So the thousands and millions of dollars go into theses funds or financial bonds or whatever someone dreams up in order to have a safety net when things go bust, or more to the point when you make a claim on your policy you are lucky to get perhaps a third of what it is actually worth, and what about the poor smuck who makes a deal to do work on your home through the insurance company….hopefully he or she lives at home with mommy or the wife or husband works because all they will get for their work on your home or car is beer money as there is no profit in working for the insurance companies (well unless you count kickbacks….) they give all your profits to the paper pushers doing the administrative work…or the lawyers doing litigation or whatever the hell they do (listen I like attorneys who are honest and create value when you need it, or more to the point have some humility and moral compass)…what about all the folks who pay throught the years and never make a claim…do they ever see any money back…usually not…well unless perhaps they own a piece of it…
Sour grapes, no just plain sick and tired of people not wanting to take responsibility for their own actions, let the insurance pay for it. Sure there are times when insurance is helpful, as in auto accidents, though usually they can be avoided…or not depending on the ignorance of whom is or is not around…OK stay positive…just drive defensively and you will always be fine, as long as you keep eyes in the back of your head too…pretend you are on a motorcycle…scan everything…do not miss a thing….even what you can not see…
Come to AIG and the scam we have today…mortgage brokers, bankers, lawyers, wall street, realtors, developers, builders, on and on the list can go and why? Because people do not seem to want to work for a living in America anymore…hire the illegal immigrants who work dirt cheap and boy do they work, most likely harder than any slave in Americas past history worked…Give the bonuses to the workers who made you the millions and billions you just lost to ignorant investments and credit derivitives called insurance…
Is anyone besides myself actually pissed at this picture…not to be crude…though at times today it seems the only language anyone listens to is not fit to be heard by a young person, although many of them talk worse than anything you will see written here…
Government of the people by the people in order to be free of tyranny and dictatorships, we the people need to do something, and it needs to be done before anymore of this ignorance going on snowballs into something unstoppable for years to come….and Obama is not the answer to what you may have thought the problem was…although perhaps God willing he will grow up in the next few weeks…
Is it time for a revolution of some sort, perhaps a Spiritual Revolution is in order….
